Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original, un-opened packaging. Products that have been unpacked, installed, or otherwise used cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Before installation, carefully inspect the product for any defects or damage. If any defect is found, contact us immediately and return the item prior to installation. Once a product has been installed, it is considered accepted and no claims for defective or damaged goods can be made. This policy is consistent with Otti Australia’s manufacturer guidelines.

To lodge a return or warranty claim, please message us through eBay with your order number, photos of the packaging, the batch label, and a clear description or video of the issue. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims after this period will not be considered.
