This warranty covers defects arising solely from faulty materials or workmanship. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law — a replacement or refund will be offered for any major failure, upon inspection by an authorised Otti representative.

The warranty does not apply to: accidental damage, abnormal stress or strain, harsh or adverse weather, unsuitable or improper use, incorrect installation, installation by an unlicensed person, normal wear and tear, water damage, chemical or electrical influences, excessive heat, or use of harsh/abrasive cleaners on product finishes.

To make a claim, contact the branch where the product was purchased. Provide your product name/model, proof of purchase, and proof of installation by a licensed plumber or electrician. Service call-out fees apply where the issue falls outside warranty coverage.
