All items are checked prior to dispatch to ensure all goods are in perfect condition. Any breakages or damage during transit and/or on receiving the item must be claimed with the courier. We highly recommend purchasing some form of transit insurance for peace of mind.

Items must be returned within 30 days in its original condition i.e. brand new and undamaged – all fittings & included parts/extras must be returned along with the original packaging and/or box in a re-sale-able condition. 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges. Please choose carefully and ensure all dimensions/sizing are correct and that the product suits its purpose when purchasing. Returns will not be accepted if you have simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or incorrect product. No returns will be accepted for as-is items, display/floor models, discounted/marked down items.
