Once a product has been installed, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. All returns must be in their original, un‑opened packaging — items that have been opened, used, or installed are not eligible for return.

Please choose carefully and ensure all dimensions and measurements are suitable for their intended purpose before purchasing. No returns will be accepted for as‑is items, display or floor models, discounted or marked‑down items, or custom and special orders.
