Care & Maintenance

• For best results, clean mirrors using methlated spirits and water at a ratio of 30% methylated spirits/70% water
• Do not use Windex or similar chemical cleaning products
• Avoid getting water on the back and sides of the mirror as damage to silver backing can occur
• In coastal areas, we recommend wiping around the edge of the mirror once a month to avoid salt build up that can cause corrosion

Postage Information: We do not provide postage for this item. You will need to organise a courier/freight service to pick up the item from our warehouse. Please contact us for courier recommendations, if required. All items are checked prior to dispatch to ensure all goods are in perfect condition. Any breakages or damage during transit and/or on receiving the item must be claimed with the courier. We highly recommend purchasing some form of transit insurance for peace of mind.

[ RETURN POLICY ]

Items must be returned within 30 days in its original condition i.e. brand new and undamaged – all fittings & included parts/extras must be returned along with the original packaging and/or box in a re-sale-able condition. 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges. Please choose carefully and ensure all dimensions/sizing are correct and that the product suits its purpose when purchasing. Returns will not be accepted if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/product. No returns will be accepted for as-is items, display/floor models, discounted/marked down items.
