We do not deliver outside our local area / Sydney metro, you will need to organize freight separately. For quotations, please call or email us. We will not be held liable for any damage that may occur during transit once dispatched from our warehouse. We strongly suggest purchasing transit insurance for peace of mind in case of any breakage.

[ RETURN POLICY ]

Items must be returned within 7 days in its original condition ie. brand new in its original packaging/boxes with no damages or scratches – all packaging must be returned along with the product in a re-saleable condition. 20% restocking fee applies to all returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully and ensure all dimensions/measurements are suitable for its purpose when purchasing.

All orders requiring assembly, tap/waste hole drilling, custom colour stone top orders or custom-cut stone benchtops are considered custom orders – strictly no returns/exchange on these orders, sales are final.
