All items are checked prior to dispatch to ensure goods are in perfect condition. Any breakages or damage during transit and/or on arrival must be claimed with your courier/freight service as soon as possible. We recommend checking the items prior to signing whenever possible. Transit insurance for fragile and heavy items is highly encouraged, in particular for loose packages (i.e not on a pallet).

**IMPORTANT! If you are ordering more than one heavy/bulky/fragile item such as large vanities & cabinets, toilets, baths etc we recommend transporting it on a pallet. This will significantly reduce the risk of damage caused by improper/manual handling. Our pallet and handling service fee is $45 for the inital pallet, subsequent pallets at $20 per pallet. Items will be securely shrink-wrapped onto one pallet where possible. This service is available on request.

Please note if you are using your own courier/freight service, we will not be held liable for any damages that may occur once the products have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Items must be returned within 7 days in its original condition ie. brand new in its original packaging/boxes with no damages or scratches – all packaging must be returned along with the product in a re-saleable condition. 15% restocking fee applies to all returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully and ensure all dimensions/measurements are suitable for its purpose when purchasing.

All orders requiring assembly, tap/waste hole drilling, custom colour stone top orders or custom-cut stone benchtops are considered custom orders – strictly no returns/exchange on these orders, sales are final.

** IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CABINETS: Our bathroom cabinets are made with moisture resistant materials, NOT WATERPROOF materials and must not be exposed to excessive moisture. Care must be taken to dry spillages or leakage of water that may gain access to cabinetry. All cabinetry must be installed by a qualified & licensed tradesperson or warranty is void. If cabinet is wall mounted, wall must be properly reinforced. The position and type of wall mounting fixtures to be used will depend on the wall fabric that the vanity is to be mounted on. All cabinets are supplied with mounting screws/fixtures however these are not intended to be the sole fixings for the cabinet — extra wall fixings may be necessary (type to be determined by the licensed tradesperson installing the vanity, taking into account the wall material & structure). All vanity tops and cabinetry must be sealed correct to each other and to the wall/tiles. Incorrect installation will void warranty.

*** All products must be checked for any visible damage prior to installation – installation is deemed as accepting the condition of the product. Warranty does not cover faults caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, incorrect installation or part installation by any person other than a licensed plumber.
