Please contact us with your postcode, state, and suburb for a delivery quote. We can also provide details of couriers previously used by our customers. All items are checked before dispatch. Any damage during transit must be claimed with your courier immediately. We recommend inspecting items before signing. Transit insurance for fragile/heavy items is strongly advised.

Important: For multiple bulky/fragile items (e.g. large vanities, toilets, baths), pallet transport is recommended. Pallet service fee: $45 (first pallet), $20 (each additional). Items are shrink-wrapped securely. Available upon request.

Note: If using your own courier, we are not liable for any damage after dispatch.

Return Policy

• Returns within 7 days only, in original packaging, undamaged, re-saleable condition.
• 20% restocking fee applies to all returns/exchanges.
• No returns on clearance, display models, discounted items, or custom/special orders (e.g. stone tops, colour-matched stone, drilled tap holes).
