• All items checked prior to dispatch – any transit damage must be claimed with your courier promptly
• Check items before signing whenever possible; transit insurance is recommended
• If ordering more than one heavy/fragile item, pallet transport is recommended
• Pallet & handling service fee: $45 initial pallet, $20 each subsequent pallet – items securely shrink-wrapped onto one pallet (available on request)
• If using your own courier, we are not liable for damages after dispatch
• Local pick up available — showroom open to public

Return Policy

• Return within 7 days in original, brand-new packaging (no damage/scratches)
• All packaging must be returned; 20% restocking fee applies
• No returns on as-is items, display/floor models, discounted/marked-down items or custom/special orders
• Orders requiring assembly, tap/waste hole drilling, custom colour stone top orders or custom-cut stone benchtops are final sale
