Freight Information

All items are checked prior to dispatch. Any breakages or damage during transit must be claimed with your courier as soon as possible. We recommend checking goods before signing. Transit insurance is highly recommended, especially for heavy/fragile or loose-packed items.

Pallet Transport Recommendation

For heavy or fragile items (vanities, cabinets, toilets, baths etc.), pallet transport is strongly recommended.

• $45 for the initial pallet
• $20 for each additional pallet
• Items securely shrink-wrapped onto one pallet where possible

This service is available on request.

If using your own courier/freight service, we are not liable for any damage once the product leaves our warehouse.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up available — we are open to the public, visit our showroom anytime.

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 7 days in original condition — brand new, unused, and in original packaging with no damage or scratches. A 20% restocking fee applies.

Please ensure all dimensions and measurements are suitable before purchasing.

No Returns On:

• Discounted/marked-down items
• Custom/special orders
• Items requiring drilling (tap or waste holes)
• Custom colour stone tops or custom-cut benchtops

Important Note for Cabinets

Our bathroom cabinets are made with moisture-resistant materials, not waterproof materials. Spillage or leakage must be cleaned immediately to avoid damage.

Cabinets must be installed by a qualified & licensed tradesperson — incorrect installation voids warranty. If wall-hung, walls must be properly reinforced. Provided fixtures may not be sufficient as sole fixings.

All vanity tops and cabinetry must be sealed correctly to each other and to surrounding tiles and walls.

All products must be checked for visible damage prior to installation — installation is deemed acceptance. Warranty does not cover faults caused by normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, or incorrect installation.
