Packaging Condition
Returns only accepted in original, un-opened packaging. Opened/installed items cannot be returned.
Inspect Before Installation
Inspect for defects before installation. Once installed, no return, exchange or replacement is possible.
⚠️ Do not proceed with installation until you have confirmed the unit is defect-free. Ask your plumber to wait while you inspect the product in its original packaging. Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product.
