Inspect before installation: All items must be carefully inspected for defects, damage, or incorrect supply upon delivery — and before any installation work commences. Any defective or incorrect items must be reported and returned in their original condition prior to installation. Once a product has been installed, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. All returns must be in their original, un-opened packaging — items that have been opened, used, or installed are not eligible for return.
