Warranty is void where plumbing is not installed by a licensed plumber per AS3500 and ABCB guidelines. Misuse, negligence, or use outside intended purpose is not covered.

7-Day Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Contact us promptly if there is an issue.

20% Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

⚠ Original, Un-Opened Packaging Required

Returns are only accepted in original, un-opened packaging. Once the packaging is opened or the product is installed, returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

⚠ Inspect Before Installation

It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the product for any defects before installation. If any defect is found, contact us immediately and return the item before installation. Products with defects reported after installation cannot be returned or exchanged.
