All items are checked prior to dispatch. Any damage during transit must be claimed with your courier service immediately. Transit insurance is strongly recommended for fragile/heavy items, especially loose packages not on pallets.

IMPORTANT: For multiple heavy/bulky/fragile items (vanities, cabinets, toilets, baths, etc.), pallet transport is highly recommended.
Pallet & handling service fee: $45 for the first pallet, $20 for each additional pallet. Items securely shrink-wrapped.

If using your own courier/freight service, we are not liable for any damages once products leave our warehouse.

Items must be returned within 7 days in original packaging/boxes, brand new, undamaged, and in resaleable condition. All packaging must be included. 20% restocking fee applies to returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully and confirm all measurements before purchase.

No returns accepted for as-is items, display/floor models, discounted/marked down items, or custom/special orders. Custom orders include assembly, tap/waste hole drilling, custom-colour stone tops, or custom-cut benchtops — sales are final.

Important: Before installation, it is the responsibility of the purchaser and installer to confirm that the goods are correct, free from visible defects, and that the bathtub is water-tested according to the installation instructions.

Warranty Exclusions

• Installation not performed by a licensed plumber, or not in compliance with the Plumbing Code of Australia (AS3500) and ABCB guidelines.
• Incorrect installation, or subsequent repairs/modifications not carried out by a licensed plumber.
• Damage caused by harsh or abrasive cleaning products.
• Dimensional or glazing variations within ±5mm (manufacturing tolerance).
• Up to 10mm variation where the bath meets the wall (requires caulking).
