We can provide courier/freight service contacts used by previous customers.
All items are checked prior to dispatch to ensure they leave our warehouse in perfect condition.
Any damage or breakage during transit must be claimed immediately with your courier.
Transit insurance is recommended for fragile items.
IMPORTANT: If ordering multiple heavy or fragile items, pallet transport is recommended to reduce the risk of damage.
Pallet & handling service: $45 first pallet, $20 each additional pallet. Items are securely shrink-wrapped. Service available on request.
If using your own courier, we are not liable for any damages once items have left our warehouse.

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 7 days in original, brand-new packaging, with no damage or scratches.
All packaging must be returned in re-saleable condition. 20% restocking fee applies.
No returns accepted for:
• As-is items
• Display/floor models
• Discounted or marked-down items
• Custom or special orders
Orders requiring installation, custom drilling, or custom finishes are considered final sale.
