Freight Information

Please contact us with your postcode, state and suburb for a delivery quote. We can provide courier/freight service contacts previously used by our customers.

All items are checked prior to dispatch to ensure goods are in perfect condition. Any breakages or damage during transit must be claimed with your courier/freight service as soon as possible. We recommend checking items before signing whenever possible.

Transit insurance for fragile and heavy items is strongly encouraged, especially for loose packages (not on a pallet).

Pallet & Handling Service

If you are ordering multiple heavy or fragile items (e.g. vanities, toilets, baths), we recommend pallet transport to reduce handling damage.
Pallet service: $45 for the first pallet, $20 per additional pallet. Items are shrink-wrapped and secured where possible. This service is available on request.

If you are using your own courier/freight service, we will not be liable for any damage once products leave our warehouse.

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 7 days in their original packaging and condition. 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges. Please ensure all dimensions and measurements are correct before purchase.

No returns accepted for as-is, floor/display, discounted or custom/special orders. Custom-made orders (e.g. drilled tap holes, custom stone tops) are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
