• We can provide courier/freight contacts used by our customers
• All items checked prior to dispatch – any transit damage must be claimed with your courier promptly
• Check items before signing whenever possible; transit insurance is recommended
• For multiple heavy/fragile items, pallet transport is recommended
• Pallet & handling service: $45 initial pallet, $20 each additional pallet – available on request
• If using your own courier, we are not liable for damages after dispatch
• Local pick up available — showroom open to public

Return Policy

• Return within 7 days in original, brand-new packaging (no damage/scratches)
• All packaging must be returned; 20% restocking fee applies
• No returns on “as-is” items, display/floor models, discounted/marked-down items or custom/special orders
• Orders requiring assembly, tap/waste hole drilling, custom colour stone top orders or custom-cut stone benchtops are final sale
• Product images for illustration only – actual colours may vary due to lighting/screen differences

Important Notes for Cabinets

• Made from moisture-resistant materials (not waterproof) – wipe spills/leaks promptly
• Must be installed by a qualified & licensed tradesperson; otherwise warranty void
• Wall must be properly reinforced for wall-mounted units; extra fixings may be necessary
• All vanity tops & cabinetry must be correctly sealed to each other & the wall/tiles
• Installation is deemed acceptance of product condition
• Warranty excludes normal wear/tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, incorrect or partial installation
