Cabinet Installation & Maintenance Policy Guidelines

Please note that our premium bathroom cabinets are manufactured using moisture-resistant materials, NOT WATERPROOF materials, meaning they must never remain subjected to excessive pooling moisture or long-standing water exposure. Care must be taken to immediately dry any liquid spillages, pipe leakages, or condensation droplets that gain access to the cabinetry sections.

To safeguard your product longevity and keep your product warranty protected, all cabinetry fixtures must be installed by a fully qualified and licensed tradesperson or your warranty will be void. Wall-mounted vanity structures require structural internal wall reinforcement. Supplied mounting components serve as auxiliary guides only and must not form the sole supporting anchors. Complete silicone sealing between all vanity tops, wood cabinetry surfaces, and tiling lines is required upon setup. All items must be thoroughly inspected for transport imperfections prior to placement, as completing installation constitutes final acceptance of the physical unit condition.
