• Any damage/breakages during transit must be claimed with your courier immediately.
• We recommend transit insurance for fragile or heavy items, especially if shipped loose (not palletised).

• For multiple bulky/fragile items (vanities, cabinets, toilets, baths etc.), we highly recommend pallet transport.
• Pallet & handling service: $25 per pallet (items securely shrink-wrapped).

• Returns accepted within 7 days ONLY if item is:
  ✔️ Brand new
  ✔️ In original packaging/boxes

• 20% restocking fee applies to all returns/exchanges.

⚠️ Important Note for Cabinets

• Must be installed by a licensed tradesperson, otherwise warranty is void.
• Wall-mounted cabinets: walls must be properly reinforced. Supplied screws are not sole fixings — additional fixings may be required.
• Vanity tops & cabinetry must be sealed correctly to walls/tiles.

✅ Check all products for visible damage before installation — installation means acceptance of product condition.

🔒 Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear & tear
• Improper use
• Lack of maintenance
• Incorrect/partial installation
• Installation by unlicensed persons
