All products must be thoroughly inspected for any visible damage or defects prior to installation. Installation of the product is deemed as acceptance of its condition — no returns or exchanges can be accepted once installation has commenced. Warranty does not cover faults caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, incorrect installation, or installation by any person other than a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson.

Please contact us with your postcode, state and suburb for a delivery quote. For orders containing multiple heavy, bulky or fragile items (vanities, toilets, baths, etc.), we strongly recommend pallet transport to minimise the risk of damage during handling. Pallet service: $45 for the first pallet, $20 per additional pallet. Items will be securely shrink-wrapped where possible. This service is available on request.

Delivery is available within Sydney metro only. For other areas, customers will need to arrange their own freight. We will not be held liable for any damage occurring in transit once items have been dispatched. We strongly recommend purchasing transit insurance for fragile items.
