You will need: proof of purchase, the Covey product certificate, and proof of installation by a licensed glazier.

Step 3 — Lodge Within 7 Days
Submit your claim within 7 days of discovering the fault. Include clear photos, a description of the issue, and the date noticed.
Warranty is valid for purchases made from 1 November 2023 onwards. Applies to the original owner only and is non-transferable. DIY installation voids all warranty coverage.
