[ RETURN POLICY ]

Items must be returned within 7 days in its original condition ie. brand new in its original packaging/boxes with no damages or scratches – all packaging must be returned along with the product in a re-saleable condition. 15% restocking fee applies to all returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully and ensure all dimensions/measurements are suitable for its purpose when purchasing.

No returns will be accepted for as-is items, display/floor models, discounted/marked down items or custom/special orders. ** IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CABINETS: Our bathroom cabinets are made with moisture resistant materials, NOT WATERPROOF materials and must not be exposed to excessive moisture. Care must be taken to dry spillages or leakage of water that may gain access to cabinetry. All cabinetry must be installed by a qualified & licensed tradesperson or warranty is void. If cabinet is wall mounted, wall must be properly reinforced. The position and type of wall mounting fixtures to be used will depend on the wall fabric that the vanity is to be mounted on. All cabinets are supplied with mounting screws/fixtures however these are not intended to be the sole fixings for the cabinet — extra wall fixings may be necessary (type to be determined by the licensed tradesperson installing the vanity, taking into account the wall material & structure). All vanity tops and cabinetry must be sealed correct to each other and to the wall/tiles. Incorrect installation will void warranty.

*** All products must be checked for any visible damage prior to installation – installation is deemed as accepting the condition of the product. Warranty does not cover faults caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, incorrect installation or part installation by any person other than a licensed plumber.

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

UNDER 20 KGS

Surcharges apply to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect addresses. Please contact us prior if you are requiring items to be sent to those addresses.
If no one is home to receive delivery, the item will either be left in a secure location or a missed delivery card is left at the premises. Depending on the carrier used, it may be taken back to the depot for re-delivery or to a local participating location for collection where it is help for up to 10 business days* before being returned to Sender.

BULKY ORDERS

SYDNEY METRO AREA DELIVERIES:

For bulky items, delivery is to be pre-organised with the office. We generally need 1 – 2 weeks’ notice prior to delivery.
Deliveries are carried out by our company driver or Capital Transport Services.
All deliveries are between 11 am – 5 pm, the driver will call you 30 minutes prior to delivery.
We reserve the right to use an alternative arrangement in the event that courier does not cover your area.
If there is nobody at site to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply. All deliveries are unloaded on the ground floor; no items will be delivered inside the house (NO EXCEPTIONS). Deliveries will not be taken inside the house or upstairs for safety reasons.
Some items may require more than one person for handling, it is your responsibility to provide additional person at the delivery address.

RURAL NSW & INTERSTATE DELIVERIES:

Bulky items are sent on a pallet where neccessary. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to assist with pallet unloading at residential and business addresses. Items will not be taken off the pallet, and pallets will only be delivered to ground floor for all deliveries.
The tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is dispatched. For any amendments to orders and order tracking after the order is dispatched, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to alter any orders once the order has been dispatched.
As part of our normal service we usually ship stock items within 2 business days of cleared payment but please allow up to seven days for shipment as occasionally shipments are held up for reasons beyond of our control. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Bulky orders may take up to 2 weeks for dispatch.

PICK UPS

Pick up is available from our store in Auburn. Our address is 6-8 Hampstead Rd, Auburn NSW 2144
All pick-ups and deliveries are to be organised beforehand. Please allow 1 week for pick-ups and 2 weeks for deliveries. We will notify you once your order is ready.
Please check availability of item before purchasing if you wish to pick up within 3 days of order.
We are not liable for any damaged products claim once the item has been picked up or delivered as it is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon receiving it.

For all pick ups, our hours are:

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 am to 4:30 pm

Please note we require complete payment before goods are delivered or dispatched. If paying with a credit card, the name on the card must match the name on the order.

Change your order to replace the goods with a comparable product as agreed. Where an alternate product cannot be agreed on, we will refund you the price paid for the goods.
