About the Berlin Back-to-Wall Toilet Suite
The Mercio Berlin toilet suite brings together two proven ideas in a single, well-considered design: the R&T Tornado XL flushing system and a timeless, classic profile with round edges and straight sides that fits comfortably into almost any bathroom. A unique rim design and flushing system moves waste effectively while using minimal water, and replaces 100% of the trapped water with every cycle, helping keep the bowl clean and hygienic between uses.
The porcelain is fired at a high temperature of 1240°C to ensure hardness and long-term durability, and finished with a special glazing formula that protects the WC surface from scratches and makes ongoing maintenance simple. Set at a comfortable seat height of 440mm and paired with a modern, slim soft closing seat, the Berlin is fully ceramic (vitreous china) pan and cistern, with a fully glazed trap way that lets waste pass through easily without catching.
The Berlin is water-saving by design, with a dual flush volume of just 3L for a half flush and 4.5L for a full flush, and features a universal water inlet and waste outlet compatible with both S-trap and P-trap set outs, making it suitable for most standard Australian bathroom renovations.
