7-Day Return Policy
⚠️ IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE INSTALLATION
Returns accepted only in original, un-opened packaging. Any product that has been installed or has opened packaging cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.
📅 Timeframe
Transit damage or missing parts must be lodged within 7 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns accepted within 7 days.
🔍 Inspection Required
Thoroughly inspect all items before installation. Installing a damaged product voids warranty for those defects.
Special orders / custom seat shapes are non-refundable. For warranty claims, proof of purchase and licensed installation receipt may be required.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
2. Warranty Coverage (National 2000)
2 Year Limited Warranty: Year 1 — full replacement + postage included. Year 2 — parts & labour (postage applies). Extended warranties (up to 4 years total) available during initial period.
