• Pallet & handling service fee: $45 for the initial pallet, subsequent pallets $20 each (secure shrink-wrapping included; available on request).
• If using your own courier/freight service, we are not liable for any damages once goods have been dispatched.

• Items must be returned within 7 days in original packaging/boxes, brand new, undamaged and resaleable.
• 20% restocking fee applies to all returns or exchanges.
• Please choose carefully and ensure all dimensions/measurements are suitable before purchasing.
• No returns for as-is items, display/floor models, discounted/marked down items or custom/special orders.
• Custom/special orders include assembly, tap/waste hole drilling, custom colour stone tops, and custom-cut benchtops. Sales are final.

• Cabinets are made with moisture-resistant materials (NOT waterproof) — avoid excessive moisture; dry spillages/leakages immediately.
• Installation must be carried out by a licensed tradesperson; otherwise, warranty is void.
• If wall mounted, the wall must be properly reinforced. Supplied mounting screws/fixtures are not intended to be the sole fixings — extra fixings may be required depending on wall material.
• All vanity tops and cabinetry must be sealed correctly to each other and to the wall/tiles. Incorrect installation will void warranty.
• All products must be checked for visible damage prior to installation — installation is deemed acceptance of the product condition.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, incorrect or partial installation, or installation by unlicensed persons.
