Installation Requirement — Licensed Plumber

Under Australian law, all bidet seats must be installed by a licensed plumber in accordance with PCA and WMTS 051:2016. Power lead exits Right-Hand Side; water pipe connects Left-Hand Side — this configuration cannot be changed. Requires water tap & powerpoint within 1.5 m of the toilet. Fits both fully concealed toilets and standard toilets with seat bolt access. WaterMark certified for legal installation.

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Item must be in original, un-opened packaging. Products removed from original packaging are not eligible for return.

Inspect before installation. If any defect is found, contact us prior to installation. Once installed, the product cannot be returned or exchanged — no exceptions.
