1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

3. Conditions of WarrantyProducts must be installed by a licensed plumber or tradesperson in accordance with local regulations and AS/NZS 3500. A valid tax invoice is required for all claims. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not wear and tear, surface scratches, or accidental damage post-delivery.
4. Exclusions & LimitationsLafeme is not liable for the cost of removal or re-installation of products. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect goods for visible damage or defects prior to installation. Installing a damaged product voids the warranty for those defects. Unauthorised repairs or modifications will void this warranty.
5. Returns & RestockingChange-of-mind returns on non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee (excl. GST). Claims for transit damage or missing components must be lodged within 7 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of LiabilityLafeme Australia is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or consequential loss resulting from improper use or installation. All technical specifications are subject to change without notice.
